Meet David Fasano Jr.

Mortgage brokering is not just my profession, it's a part of who I am. Growing up within a family steeped in real estate, I was introduced to the industry from a young age, lending a hand in my father’s office. Those early experiences, from organizing files to fielding calls, weren't just chores, they were my first steps into a world where financial savvy meets personal dreams.

This early exposure ignited a passion in me, a commitment to dedicate my life to assisting others through the maze of homeownership. After high school, I eagerly obtained my real estate license and eagerly embraced the family vocation. I began as a real estate agent, swiftly transitioning to a junior processor in mortgages, progressively deepening my understanding and expertise, which eventually led me to manage our Hyannis branch.

The joy of my work lies in the daily opportunities to facilitate life changing moments for people. Whether it's the thrill of first time buyers taking ownership of their space or the satisfaction of helping those who have faced setbacks on their path to a home, these moments are profoundly rewarding. I see each client as an individual with unique needs and aspirations, not just a set of financial statistics.

I've honed my skills to navigate the complexities of mortgages so that I can offer tailored advice and solutions. Whether it's optimizing credit scores or crafting inventive down payment strategies, my goal is to make homeownership attainable and joyful.

For me, it's about building a relationship of trust with my clients, reassuring them to have faith in the homebuying journey. Yes, there may be bumps along the way, perhaps a dream home slips through their fingers, but often, this leads to discovering a residence that's an even better fit. Time and again, I've witnessed clients who initially faced disappointment, only to later find a home that truly exceeds their wishes.

The advice I share with all my clients is simple, trust the journey. Sometimes the path to the perfect home takes unexpected turns, but often, a missed opportunity leads to finding a home that's an even better fit. It's about staying positive and knowing that with the right guidance, the dream of homeownership is always within reach.
